We have carefully selected 75 types of better ingredients from the "sea," "mountains," and "fields," which have been traditionally believed to be good for health in Japan. All the selected vegetables and fruits are prepared separately in individual barrels, and to enhance their nutritional value, we use mineral-rich pure brown sugar from Okinawa, extracting them slowly with the power of nature! They are fermented and aged for over three years at natural temperatures, without adding any additives such as water or preservatives, allowing for a thorough natural fermentation process. The plant fermentation extract, which has taken a long time to develop, undergoes various tests to ensure it meets strict quality standards before being shipped.
